Ministry Playbook

A few weeks ago I finished our CrossPointe Church Playbook.  In ministry I have learned that the churches that reach people for Jesus on an exponential level are also highly organized.  This document is loaded with everything that is in my head concerning our church.  I feel like I could get run over by a mac truck today and our church could still function and thrive.

The Playbook includes the vision of our church, the mission, the values/dna, the structure and leadership responsibilities, the systems, the doctrine, the ministries, the 2011 goals, and the covenants for Leadership and Partnership.
